Figthing your own citizens

Just a small additon to the perversity of our German politcians.

There was a criminal complaint from one member of the “social-democratic” party. He wanted that the CDU/FDP in Baden-Württemberg would buy the
CD with stolen swiss bank data in the name of “fiscal justice”

So again it just shows how the most of German politicians think. All you money belongs to us. If we don’t take everything from you it’s a gift.
And so we got a so called tax gift.

You get how ridicoulous that is. The thief does not steal from you, he makes a gift to if he/she does not take all your money with him/her.

Germany logical?

Well just so much. Let us assume I steal something from you. Well the thief goes and tries to make the stolen things to money (or something else
worht something). The value from the stolen good was let’s say 100 EUR. He tries to sell of of any price. Is the thief still a criminal?

Now the situation. A thief comes along with address data on a CD, stolen from a SWISS bank, he tries to make it to money claiming it contains a list
of tax evader. Now the state official buy this CD in the name of tax equality. What do you think is the state a criminal still?

Now if you are the majority in Germany and/or political affilated with the unions the answer is simply. The state has all rights to confiscate whatever it pleases, well I guess the side
mark would be (as long as it’s not our so very social union). Now guess the insainty, you get robbed from the state with taxes and if you try to avoid this robbery you are in injustice. And even worse, even if the governement gets stolen stuff it can use it as proof of your “delict”.

Aren’t the Germans “wonderful”, still after beeing 3 times bankruppt in a century, nothing learned. The “Wirtschafswunder” just an accident of free markets. Is it a requirement to be a moron to be a politician?

Krugman on the warpath again

this time it’s China. Not that I’m that found of it, but what Krugman want is that the Chinese
follow the US on the insane path. How to do that, well the Chinese do produce things, the US people like to buy,
and thos things are “cheaper” now, to counterbalance this the Chinese products must get more expensive. So what will
be the result, raising prices, the US people will get poorer. Another genious move from this, “steering” believers. It’s so stupid that it hurts
but they get away with it, and even more perverse, those not following have to pay also. US = freedom, may be a note on the side of
history. OOOOOOOOBama  GOOOOOOOO, ……………………………………….., the more far away the better.

F(B)ailouts

This time it really gets miserably. The EU is considereing bailing-out Greece. How great is that, the one-eyed should lead the blind

Greece is a nepotism, the current “helpers” are on their way to nepotism. Nepotism leads to bancruptcy and so we all are heading towards it. Anything learned? Not a bit. So what can we do. I just can see one way out, introduce real-money any forbid that governements can lend. All other ways will sooner or later lead to YAF (yet another failout). THE EU should not spend one cent, Greece should left the Euro area and get their business done.

The most important now for Greece is introducing free trade (not bought trade). So every one takoing a cent of bribe money, is excluded from every public job. No excuse is accepted. Accepting bribe money is the counterpart of free trade, it’s conspiracy. So 2 sides (one side the “allmighty governement”, do make deals which, let to trades for “unreal” money. And it surely means it will be much more expensive for the governement.

So as long as we do see that bribe money is handed over in “quantities”, Greece should be left alone. If they’d had to leave and would start having real-money, they will recover very fast. If we sink in extra Fiat-money, they will loose and we’ll  loose also.

The "allmighty" politicians

An intersting example of farsight of politicians. As some of you may know Greece, has terrible hard times with their deficits. some suggest that it has to be excluced from the EU currency area, however there are not provisions for such a  case. And now the others are navigatint along a path which is against their own given laws. as pointd out e.g here http://wirtschaftlichefreiheit.de/wordpress/?p=2636 (!! in German)

In short the paragraph says no country  has to bear the debts of another country, but now they are “considering” giving debt guarantee to Greece. This is simply perversion of justice. Germans are hunted for tax evaded, while buing stolen data from someone having worke in Switzerland. The have choosen a similiar failout plan as the US and they have dispossessed the owner of HRE.

You see the tendency? I guess you are not suprised. One intervention asks for the next one and sooner or latter you are trapped. You can just go on with stealing for a while, if theres nothing left, all ends in misery. Especially we Germans have a lot of experiences with starting from “scratch”. Do we really have to prove it yet another time.?

It’s that easy

I cite from:

http://www.time.com/time/health/article/0,8599,1962294,00.html

“That’s in part because of global warming — hotter air can hold more
moisture, so when a storm gathers it can unleash massive amounts of
snow.”

Well it’s not that dumb seeing alone, but seeing it together with the miserable data base of all the temperatures, the reasoning is clear.

It’s getting colder and/or it’s having more snow because it’s getting warmer.

So in some areas the warming will yield less rain etc, in other regions it will yield more snow and in other areas, nothing will happen. But it’s all because of global warming. It’s not because climate is changing constantly it’s because of our CO2 emissions or maybe, our breathing. At least we know we breath O2 and give away CO2, so the logical implication is. Get rif of 90% of men and all problems are gone….

Not very encouraging

Bloom of Doom V: “We have control of the ship, we have a plan”

Or maybe not? Is doomsday not that far away, the day the slavery through governement will end (for our “politicians”)?

I guess the answer will be we’ll see utterly nonsensical laws. I bet we’ll see the “dogs-not-eating-dog” agreements, maybe

a “fair-game” economy or something along that lines. And I could imagine the only thing we’ll here from our politicians:

“give us more money, and abondon all our rights”, “taxes are good the more we get from you the better it will be for all”

Getting the figures straight

Just found. The assets of the Deutsche Bahn are estimated at around 150 Mrd EUR. Now let’s assume the DB is there now for 60 years.

The new debts of German in 2019 are 100 Mrd (currently, still open to higher values, unlikely to be lower). So our Politicians just destrory something

the Germans have paid for 60 years in just 2 years. This is so unbelievable that I hope someone can proof this figures wrong.

And again we have robber : people 100 :0….

Making it into the headlines

Well two things. I wrote abotu it in my other blog but Mises hast taken it also:

http://blog.mises.org/archives/011583.asp

This is about homeschooling and the impossibility to do it in Germany. Shame on us.

Here’s another story: The governement was offered a CD or DVD with data from supposed to be

delinquent taypayers, you can even name it more sharply suppsed to be defrauders.

I guess not much here know that we had a scandal here 15 or so years ago about illegal donations, accepte by our

chancellor Kohl itself.

Now guess what the governement is going to do with the CD and the “chancellor”

you are allowed to make one guess ;-(

Sometimes you find interesting blogs

Here’s one extra, not escpecially political but just read the entries:

http://blogs.law.harvard.edu/philg/

It can be no suprise to anyone. Where customer demands can meet  suplliers offerings without artificial craddles, things

can grow and flourish, if you hinder free trade, prices can not go down. One side always limts the possiblitiy of “lowering”.

Just see the prices for work, they can not fall below some level. Just see the prices in Germany for Fuel. They have to bear

> 80 % taxes, so prices are extra-ordinarily high, the same is true in France. Just guess where people near the border to Switzerland do

fill up their cars….

Where prices are artificially kept high, there will be some way to get around them.
